The Spa Coordinator ensures that the daily operations of the Beyond Day Spa are in accordance with established Beyond Day Spa protocols and HUMC policy and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains all aspects of the computer system including daily and monthly operations and reports.
  • Maintains and coordinates physicians' referral system.
  • Maintains daily schedule.
  • Coordinates payments, daily deposits, obtains necessary assistance for cash/credit card system as needed, and maintains balance sheet and petty cash.
  • Acts as a liaison between clients and staff escorting guests to appropriate treatment areas and therapists.
  • Assists clients with the sale of retail products.
  • Coordinates any correspondence/brochures to clients regarding treatments.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.
  • Adheres to HMH Organizational competencies and standards of behavior.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Previous spa or salon experience
  • Proficient in computer reservation software.
  • Strong ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising.
